I am an out-of-network provider with insurance companies, Medicare and Medicaid. Many clients are able to use out-of-network insurance benefits and get reimbursements provided by their insurance companies. If you would like to find out about your benefits, please refer to this document, or simply click the “Check Insurance Benefits” button below to estimate your coverage.

I will provide you with a billing statement with all the information necessary to obtain out-of-network reimbursement for services from your health insurance. I use a secure and HIPAA-compliant portal Ivy Pay to accept payments via credit card, debit card or Zelle. A good faith estimate of annual expected charges is available at your request.

Visits are in-person at my office in New York, NY or via secure Telehealth video for residents of New York and New Jersey.
